There are no delivery charges. All shipping is paid for by Reload Depot for your convenience.

Yes we can do custom orders. Common requests would be:

(1) Looking for once fired or new brass for uncommon calibers such as the 444 Marlin.

(2) Bulk orders for single or multiple products.

There are no convenience or surcharge fees. Reload Depot absorbs this cost for your convenience.

Depending on your location delivery can take anything from 3 to 25 days.

Certain items are always stocked in the US such as Once Fired Brass, so typically delivery will take 2 to 7 days (with exceptions for custom orders).

In general please allow up to 14 to 22 days for your package(s) to arrive depending on your location.

After you place an order:

(1) Reload Depot will match your zip code to the nearest warehouse(s) containing your items.

(2) Then the items are packed and shipped the same day.

If multiple items are ordered they may arrive as separate packages.

Yes, every order will receive an invoice as well as payment receipt for your records.

We will never share any personal information given to us.

We do not store credit card information, that is handled securely via SSL by our payment processor.

That red bell allows you to sign up for notifications without an email address.

Basically when you click the bell and agree to accept notifications, each time a new product comes out (or gets updated/ goes on sale)  you will get notified in your browser. Currently this only works with Chrome and Firefox browsers, as well as Android devices.

Due to individual municipal or state laws, we may not be able to sell or ship some items to your area. Ultimately it is the customers responsibility to be aware of their federal, state and local laws where they reside.

Yes, we do ship internationally. Certain items we will not ship outside of the United States. These items are marked as such.

In no event shall Reload Depot or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or life or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Reload Depot website, even if Reload Depot or a  Reload Depot authorized representative or supplier has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, some of these limitations may not apply to you, but those that do will remain in effect.

Do your products have warranties?

Yes, some products have warranties and these are shown on the relent product page.

Length of warranty?
Products that have a warranty are for a period of between 1 and 5 years (depending on the product).

No, we do not have a phone number. The reason for this is efficiency and it allows us to focus on finding products our customers ask for.

We charge your card when you place the order.

For custom orders, we gather information from you to make an invoice first and if you agree to the custom order details then we will charge your card.

A wishlist is a useful way to let us know you are interested in a product. It is also a useful way to keep an uncluttered list of products you are watching.

In the unlikely even you receive a damaged product. Simply take pictures of the product and packaging, and email them to us.

We will then work with you to get you a new undamaged product.

If you receive the wrong product, we will ask you to ship the product (at your expense) back to us, give us the tracking number, and then we will ship the correct product back to you (at our expense). You will be reimbursed for your shipping cost if we made a mistake.

Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled. This is simply a logistical issue where it is impossible to recall a package once it has shipped.

You can change or cancel an order before it has shipped.

If a product(s) has shipped and you still wish to cancel, please wait until you receive the package. Then contact us to arrange a refund.

Package tracking is used on almost all orders to keep clients updated where their package is.

Typically tracking information is issued the same day as your order, although in some cases it can take 24 hours.

We can only accept returns for damaged or defective products. Postage will be at the customers expense, but reimbursed.

Returns for any other reason are at Reload Depot discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.

All returns must have a tracking number.
